Accountant
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full accounting cycle, including preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and GAAP. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation. Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and provide support in financial matters.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in using bookkeeping software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for clients. Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reporting packages. Support the bookkeeping and CFO teams with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests. Clean, organize, and validate financial data across client QuickBooks Online accounts. Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Present findings and insights to internal teams and clients in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets. Ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
